The information we collect includes your name, contact details, employment history, qualifications, and other details as provided in your CV and application.

The purpose of processing your personal data is for recruitment purposes - assessing and confirming a candidate's suitability for employment and deciding to whom to offer a job. The legal basis for this processing is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, which allows processing of personal data necessary for the performance of a contract or in order to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.

Should your application be unsuccessful, we will retain your personal data, specifically your CV, for a period of six months from the date of its submission. This allows us to consider your application for potential future roles within this period. The legal basis for this retention is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, where processing is necessary for the purposes of our common interest in potential future recruitment and cooperation.

As a data subject, you have the right to access and obtain a copy of your data on request, to change incorrect or incomplete data, to delete or stop processing your data, to object to the processing of your data, and to obtain the portability of your data.
